Site Foreman (Iraqi | Local hire)

• Supervise daily shift operations in strict accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Issue and manage permit-to-work authorizations for site activities
• Analyze and report on production readings and operational data
• Actively participate in the Management of Change (MOC) process
• Coach and mentor operators on correct operational procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor and maintain asset integrity through regular inspections and adherence to schedules

• Possess a diploma in engineering or a related operations discipline
• Demonstrate substantial experience in operations within gas plants or production facilities
• Exhibit proven experience with permit-to-work authority and systems
• Hold prior experience in a shift leadership capacity
• Possess strong awareness of process safety in PSM environments
• Have experience in emergency response procedures
• Exhibit English working proficiency

• Commissioning and start-up exposure
• Brownfield operations experience
• Operational-excellence program exposure
• Arabic language ability
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) certification
