Scaffold Trainer/inspector (Iraqi | Local Hire)

• Deliver comprehensive scaffolding training programs to field personnel
• Conduct thorough inspections of erected scaffolds to ensure compliance with design and safety standards
• Verify the quality and integrity of all scaffold components before and during use
• Ensure strict adherence to work-at-height permit regulations and procedures
• Assist in maintaining detailed scaffold inspection registers and tagging systems
• Collaborate with site teams to address any scaffolding-related safety concerns promptly

• Hold a recognized scaffolding qualification (CISRS or equivalent)
• Demonstrate supervisory experience on industrial sites
• Possess experience with both tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds
• Exhibit competence in scaffold inspection procedures
• Be familiar with work-at-height regulations
• Maintain English working proficiency

• Oil and gas plant experience
• Engineered and special scaffold exposure
• Previous rotational or remote-site assignments
• Arabic language ability
• IRATA Rope Access (Level 1–3) certification
• H2S Awareness (OPITO-approved) certification
