• Supervise lifting operations on site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Control the execution of lift plans and conduct thorough briefings
• Categorise routine versus engineered lifts to determine appropriate procedures
• Coordinate crane operations and allocate crew responsibilities effectively
• Oversee the lifting-equipment register and ensure its accuracy
• Ensure compliance with permit-to-work requirements for all lifting operations
• Conduct toolbox talks and deliver crew HSE briefings

• Recognised rigging or slinging certification (OPITO or equivalent)
• Experience in lifting operations on industrial sites
• Proficiency in interpreting lift plans
• Competence in crane signalling techniques
• Prior oil and gas site experience
• Basic English for site communication

• Previous rotational or remote-site assignments
• Arabic language ability
