Advanced Scaffold (Iraqi | Local Hire)

• Supervise the erection and dismantling of various scaffold types, including tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds, strictly following design drawings
• Ensure full compliance with guardrail, toe board, and access requirements on all scaffolds
• Conduct routine quality checks on scaffold components and erected structures
• Oversee adherence to all work-at-height permit requirements and associated safety protocols
• Assist with formal scaffold inspections and maintain accurate inspection registers

• Possess a recognized scaffolding qualification, such as a CISRS Scaffolder card
• Demonstrate supervisory experience on industrial sites
• Proficiency in both tube-and-fitting and system scaffold erection
• Competence in scaffold inspection and tagging procedures
• Familiarity with work-at-height regulations and permit systems
• Maintain English working proficiency

• Oil and gas plant experience
• Exposure to engineered and special scaffolds
• IRATA Rope Access (Level 1–3) certification
• Previous rotational or remote-site assignments
• Arabic language ability
• CISRS Scaffolder certification
