QAQC Engineer (Expat / international hire)

• Supervise and guide the site QC inspection team effectively.
• Own the execution and sign-off process for inspection and test plans (ITPs).
• Coordinate the welding inspection program to ensure compliance.
• Review welding procedure specifications (WPS) and welder qualifications.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) through to successful closeout.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors and third-party inspection agencies.
• Review and witness hydrotest packages thoroughly.
• Oversee the compilation of final documentation dossiers.
• Serve as the primary client quality interface at the site level.
• Support internal and external audits, facilitating the closure of findings.

• Demonstrate a strong background in QA/QC inspection within oil and gas construction projects.
• Possess expert knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ASME, API, and AWS.
• Familiarity with non-conformance report (NCR) and inspection and test plan (ITP) processes.
• Ability to prepare clear, concise technical reports and maintain detailed documentation.
• Exhibit excellent command of the English language for professional communication.

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) certification
