Instrumentation Trainers — Iraq (Basra / West Qurna 1)

• Deliver comprehensive training sessions on instrumentation and control systems.
• Develop and update training materials, ensuring alignment with industry standards and operational needs.
• Assess trainee competency and provide constructive feedback for skill development.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a strong HSE culture during training.
• Collaborate with field teams to integrate practical scenarios into training modules.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to trainees.
• Monitor and report on training progress and effectiveness.

• Hold an instrumentation engineering degree or a recognized trade qualification.
• Possess 5–10 years of hands-on experience in instrumentation within the oil and gas or heavy industry sectors.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English for effective training delivery.
• Exhibit experience working with hazardous-area equipment and environments.
• Ability to deliver training programs to a multicultural workforce on-site in Iraq.

• ISA Certified Control Systems Technician (CCST)
• ISA Certified Automation Professional (CAP)
• TÜV Functional Safety Engineer (IEC 61511)
• Previous rotational or remote-site assignments
• Arabic language ability
