Specialist Foreman for Vessel Internal Cleaning (Iraqi | Local hire)

• Supervise daily mechanical maintenance crews specifically for vessel internal cleaning
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Coordinate maintenance for static equipment, focusing on vessels
• Execute work packs during shutdowns and turnarounds
• Authorize permits-to-work and isolation procedures
• Oversee contractor and vendor activities related to vessel cleaning
• Lead root cause analysis for repeat failures in vessel systems
• Manage spare parts and materials required for cleaning operations
• Sign off on the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) of completed mechanical work
• Support pre-commissioning and leak-test execution
• Report daily and weekly progress of cleaning operations
• Conduct toolbox talks and HSE briefings for the crew

• Hold a recognised mechanical trade qualification or engineering degree
• Possess extensive supervisory experience on oil and gas plants, particularly in vessel cleaning operations
• Demonstrate proficiency with CMMS, preferably SAP PM or IBM Maximo
• Have significant experience with shutdown and turnaround (TAR) execution
• Be familiar with permit-to-work systems in brownfield environments
• Exhibit English working proficiency

• Previous rotational or remote-site assignments
• EPC contractor handover experience
