QA/QC Lead (Multi-discipline M, E & I) (Local hire)

• Oversee the entire site quality function, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards
• Develop and manage the quality plan and the complete suite of inspection and test plans (ITPs)
• Lead and coordinate quality audit programs, both internal and external
• Monitor and report on welding-quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Facilitate the professional development and competency assessment of the inspection team
• Serve as the primary interface for quality-related matters with clients and certifying authorities
• Ensure proper execution and sign-off on inspection and test plans (ITPs)
• Manage welding consumable control and material traceability systems effectively
• Maintain and update non-conformance report (NCR) and punch-list registers
• Coordinate third-party inspection activities and manage related documentation
• Ensure all final documentation dossiers are complete and accurate
• Verify adherence to weld maps and traceability records for all fabrication and installation activities

• Hold an engineering degree or possess a relevant inspection-trade background
• Demonstrate extensive QC inspection experience in oil and gas construction environments
• Possess a valid welding inspection certification, such as CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
• Exhibit strong knowledge of industry codes and standards, including ASME, API, or AWS
• Show proven experience with non-conformance report (NCR) and inspection and test plan (ITP) processes
• Possess excellent report writing and technical documentation skills
• Maintain professional working proficiency in English

• ASNT NDT Level II (method endorsements)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification
