QA/QC Lead (Multi-discipline M, E & I) (Expat / international hire)

• Provide ownership of the site quality function, ensuring compliance across all disciplines
• Develop and manage the overall quality plan and the suite of inspection and test plans (ITPs)
• Lead and coordinate the site audit program, addressing findings and ensuring corrective actions
• Oversee welding-quality key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
• Facilitate the competency development of the on-site inspection team
• Serve as the primary interface with clients and certifying authorities on all quality matters
• Ensure meticulous control of welding consumables and material traceability systems
• Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and punch-list registers effectively
• Coordinate all third-party inspection activities and ensure timely documentation sign-offs
• Prepare and submit final documentation dossiers including hydrotest packages and weld maps

• Hold an engineering degree or possess a strong inspection-trade background
• Demonstrate extensive QC inspection experience in oil and gas construction environments
• Possess a valid welding inspection certification such as CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector or AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI)
• Exhibit strong knowledge of relevant industry codes including ASME, API, or AWS
• Proficiently manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and inspection and test plan (ITP) processes
• Demonstrate excellent report writing and comprehensive documentation skills
• Maintain full professional working proficiency in English

• API 570 Piping Inspector
• API 653 Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector
• ASNT NDT Level II (method endorsements)
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC)
• Previous rotational or remote-site assignments
• CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector certification
