Project / Contract Manager (Expat / international hire)

• Lead the comprehensive site operations function, holding full accountability for performance and safety
• Sponsor and champion the asset-integrity program to ensure sustained operational reliability
• Oversee the achievement of all production strategy objectives and manage the operational budget effectively
• Serve as the primary emergency command authority during significant site incidents
• Develop and enhance organisational capability through targeted training and mentorship programs
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational performance and safety standards

• Hold an engineering degree or possess an equivalent background in oil and gas operations
• Demonstrate extensive operational experience on gas processing plants or production facilities
• Exhibit proven experience exercising permit-to-work authority
• Possess significant leadership experience in shift-based operational roles
• Show strong awareness and practical understanding of process safety management (PSM) environments
• Have substantial experience in emergency response protocols and procedures
• Maintain full professional working proficiency in English

• Exposure to commissioning and start-up activities
• Direct experience in brownfield operations environments
• Participation in or leadership of operational-excellence programs
• Prior experience in rotational or remote-site assignments
• Ability to communicate in Arabic
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
