Pipefitter (Iraqi | Local hire)

• Perform accurate fabrication, installation, and assembly of piping systems according to specifications
• Conduct precise measurements, cutting, and fitting of pipes, supports, and related components
• Ensure all piping work complies with project specifications and industry standards like ASME B31.3
• Execute corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on existing piping infrastructure
• Adhere strictly to all site safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements
• Participate in daily toolbox talks and safety briefings to ensure hazard awareness
• Collaborate with other trades and supervisors to optimize workflow and project delivery

• Demonstrated experience as a Pipefitter in an oil and gas brownfield environment
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and P&IDs
• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and isolation procedures
• Ability to work effectively within an international team in a remote site setting
• Commitment to upholding strict health, safety, and environmental standards
• Eligibility as an Iraqi national and local hire in Basra Governorate
