• Perform surface preparation tasks including cleaning, scraping, and sandblasting according to specifications
• Apply various types of industrial coatings and paints to structures, piping, and equipment
• Conduct visual inspections of painted surfaces for quality and adherence to standards
• Operate and maintain painting equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety
• Adhere strictly to all permit-to-work requirements before commencing any work
• Participate in daily safety briefings and ensure compliance with all HSE policies
• Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to supervision

• Demonstrate proficiency in various painting techniques and surface preparation methods
• Understand and comply with all site-specific safety regulations and procedures
• Show familiarity with materials and equipment used in industrial painting within an oil and gas context
• Possess strong awareness of permit-to-work systems and isolation procedures
• Exhibit ability to work effectively in a team environment on a demanding industrial site
• Maintain English working proficiency to understand instructions and safety briefings
